Every superhero has an origin story, and ours starts with pure, unfiltered frustration. Head Nerd Eric needed his phone repaired — but the only option was a sketchy mall kiosk, a multi-day wait, and a bill that felt like a ransom note. He thought: "There HAS to be a better way." Spoiler alert: there was, and he was about to find it.
Training in the Shadows
Like any great hero, Eric spent years honing his craft. He joined Sarge's Cellular Repair in Valparaiso, FL — learning the trade from the ground up, one cracked screen and dead battery at a time. These were the formative years: the training montage, the late nights, the "I can fix that" moments that slowly turned a frustrated customer into a full-blown repair expert.

In 2016, Eric discovered his true calling — and his superpowers. He broke free from the ordinary, donned his metaphorical cape, and launched Cellular Nerd. No more mall kiosks.
